Layering a Cable Knit Sweater with a Cargo Jacket

Utah has been giving us a run for our money recently! Some days are warm (for us) & sunny, others have us snowed in. This pregnant lady is layering a lot & trying to get the most use out of my non maternity and maternity pieces.

Layering a Cable Knit SweaterI love cable knit sweaters and this one from Filly Flair is nothing short of amazing! It’s not maternity, but I ordered my size (S/M) and it fits great. I’m excited to wear it next year and lounge around in a big, comfy sweater.
Check out the cutest cargo jackets, distressed jeans, comfy tees & my favorite must have necklaces below.

I feel like time and I are always at war. When I’d like it to slow down, we end up participating in the Daytona 500 & when I am fine with it moving a little bit faster, it goes slower than a snail. I have a feeling that these next 4 weeks will fly by.
My husband and I have matching Daniel Wellington watches and absolutely love them. They are such nice watches and we always get compliments. I like borrowing his black one occasionally too.

Layering a cable knit sweater made me a little bit nervous because I didn’t want it to look bulky. Pairing it with a cargo jacket was a good way to go. Being pregnant and wearing a sweater didn’t make me look like a marshmallow, even if I’m feeling like one 😉

The back of this sweater is so fun with the criss cross!
I might have to grab it in mauve too! This sweater is also calling my name!

Thanks to the darling Paige Nicolle Photo for braving the wind storm to take these pictures & to the beautiful Rachel Jenkins for doing my makeup.
