With fall quickly approaching, we have been eating up all of our favorite summertime fruits while we can.
We recently had some of our closest family friends over for a big dinner and I wanted to try this recipe from Chef in Training.
I added Sara Lee Pound Cake to make it more of a dessert.
You need:
1 Sara Lee pound cake {I had 2 and there was a bunch left over}
1 Sara Lee pound cake {I had 2 and there was a bunch left over}
red and green grapes
strawberries
pineapples
1 1/4 cups milk
1/2 cup sour cream
8 oz crushed pineapple
1-3.25 oz. package of instant banana cream pudding
I might have doubled the topping just because I wanted to make sure I had enough to do a couple layers. It was better to have more than not enough with the cake.

1. Have all of your fruit washed and ready to go.
2. Mix the topping ingredients together (milk, sour cream, crushed pineapple, and instant banana cream pudding)
3. Start layering fruit, then cake, then topping and repeat.
Enjoy! It was so yummy!
