Months and months ago I threw my brother an opening party. He received his mission call for our church and we spent the next few months getting him all ready to go with shirts, ties, suits, shoes, lots of friend time, and even his driver’s license. He is a sweetheart of a boy and I miss him like crazy. Our family is extremely close and I don’t even think I could put into words how completely exciting this was for us and for him to go, but how lonely it is without him. You’d think I was the mom, I hear a favorite song of his and start tearing up, even if it is The Naked & Famous-Young Blood. He keeps our house mellow, he is the most loyal person I know, and he is genuine. I can’t wait to see the type of girl that snags him up. Some of you may know, Mrs. H & I are sandwiched in between 7 boys! Some of our half brothers were able to come into town for the weekend, but here’s a picture we snagged of us 4.
For the boys-I’ll guess, Macy’s mixed with Kohl’s spritzed with only the best cologne. I swear they collect scents.

So proud of this shirt purchase! It was $36, but with the help of coupons, a major sale and ebates I got it for just under $14. I love it!
My sister is coming into town for 1 day this week on her way to Australia with her hubby! What a life! Can’t wait to see her! Stay tuned for more this week on what my brother built for my daughter’s birthday and his going away party!
