2 date nights in 2 weeks and it feels so good!
We went out to a simple dinner for our anniversary and went to Lowe’s…

I had such a good night out with my husband on my arm.
I definitely couldn’t have gone by myself.
The goosebumps, nervous laughs, and hot flashes were there in abundance.
Seriously, seeing people from high school and hearing about them needing botox when they turn 30 and being so scared to get pregnant and sick and going to an exclusive restaurant that there are only 3 of in the world is a “simple dinner” is a fun experience for me and the hubs.
I was grateful to come home to my sweet kids and give them their bag of jellybeans and gummy bears.
The reaction was priceless, close to Christmas morning.
So happy for my sweet friend!
We’ve been friends since 7th grade and I was the adopted sister in her family.

You can wear a plastic bag for a top, a skirt made of toilet paper and old banana peels as shoes and you would still look magnificent.
Thank God for reunions to remind you of how sweet your life turned out!

Oooooooh, your skirt is beautiful. Glad that you had fun with the hubs at the wedding…it sounds like it was more of a class reunion! Date nights rock. My hubs and I definitely need to make that more of a priority.
I’m a new follower from the WW blog hop. I like both your outfits. (I’m partial to Red!). I can totally relate to the part about listening to how the people we grew up with have such different lives. While the family life probably seems “boring” to them now, they really don’t know what they are missing!
Looking forward to following along!
I like your Blog! I’m following you! in Fb & twitter too! Happy Wednesday Hop!
