Sometimes you just need a mommy daughter date, am I right?
Our boys go skiing, golfing, they even head out to late night basketball games….on a school night!
We know that we outnumber them with our girlyness, but sometimes we decide to get dressed up and go out.
To start off our date, the girls got to open the most gorgeous bracelets with their names on them from Made By Mary with Love.
They look just like this, but are gold.
They loved seeing their little names on a piece of jewelry.

How many times have you had really good intentions to throw your kid a birthday party and by the time you remember to get invites, your graphic designer friend is booked? You can make your own! I have played around on the Modify Ink site & love that I can come up with something cool without being a designer.

We headed to our favorite bakery, Sweet Tooth Fairy & ooohhed at ahhhed over all the deliciousness. What would a mommy daughter date be without the best treats?!
The cupcakes had us swooning right when we walked in.
The girls took advantage of their princess skirts and had a couple of contests to see which skirt twirled better.
This little one was not happy with the outcome.
Our mommy & me matching skirts from Bliss Tulle were the perfect thing to wear on our Mommy Daughter Date.
Their darling baby blue & blush bows from Notes & Knots looked so cute!
They felt extra special getting lipstick & blush from Jen.
I grabbed a white frame & some sheet metal from this awesome local store. I took the glass out, stuck the sheet metal in and wahla! They now can play with their paper dolls on this magnet board.
Best cake bites ever, I’m trying hard not to drive and grab some right now.
I think both of their favorite outfits really were the mermaids, but everything is so cute.
I love that this board took me about an hour to put together (including running from store to store) and now they can use it to dress up their girls.
You really can make whatever you want with Modify Ink.
I couldn’t help, but be enamored with everything about the Sweet Tooth Fairy shop.
The girls wanted 1 of everything and who could blame them?!
Loved spending time with my girls on our Mommy Daughter Date. I will cherish it for a long time.
