Happy Anniversary to her and her hubs!
This is Mrs. J narrating for Mrs. H because I sprung this on her last minute and she is working through the night helping deliver sweet babies!
So, I pretty much get to say whatever I want…awesome!
My husband and I especially loved this wedding day.
My husband and I especially loved this wedding day.
I asked Mr. J if he had any friends that my sister would like. He said she might be interested in one of his teaching assistants {this was during our BYU days}
He set them up and they are awesome for each other.
Can I just say I might have told him in a luncheon toast he still didn’t deserve her?!
I love him and love how much he loves her.
It still haunts me to this day, but I think everyone was waiting for my sarcastic personality to take over and it did!
When it comes to my baby sister, I am worse than our 7 brothers combined.

Mrs. H designed her own dress, her colors were black, cream & gold, and they got married in December.
I’m not going to lie, she wasn’t a bridezilla, but she did know what she wanted.
It was a gorgeous day!
Her new sister in law, best friend from 4th grade, best friend from the age of 3, and I got to be her bridesmaids. Our dresses were from edressme and we added a black sash. We wore darling Joey O’s that had a fun bow on the front and killed my feet right away.
All of the decorations were very chic and classy. The reception was at our parents’ house and the majority took place on the tennis court with little twinkle lights everywhere!
Remember how I said she designed her dress?
Right under the 2nd ruffle above her belly button, it detached and she switched skirts to dance.

Yep, she’s totally the celebrity in our family.
Her shoes were Nine West.

Such a cute wedding — and great idea to have the dress zip off!! Looks like a beautiful day! 🙂
Back when I was young and single, I used to tell people I would get married in a fabulous gown… and at the reception, I would whip off my big skirt to reveal a dancing skirt.
That never happened.
But seeing that it happened for your sister makes me really happy! The photos are gorgeous.
