Keeping Your Brights Bright & Summer Style

Summer is so close & for us it’s all about bright colors & a lot of white!
I have been loving cobalt blue! Whether it’s a hat, or a pair of heels, I love the bright blue!

The only thing that is frustrating about bright colors is the fading that comes with washing them.
In our family of 5, there’s a lot of white being worn & a lot of brights being worn.

I got home from a quick trip last week & we were out of detergent & the mountain of laundry that was waiting for me was huge.
I headed to Target and saw that Persil had a deal running for a $5 gift card if you buy 2.

I told my husband I would be converted if 2 things happened.
1. My husband works for a large hotel chain & it drives him nuts that I always wipe my black mascara off on the stark white hotel towels. We have white towels at home as well & I want them to stay white, but because I’m too lazy to wipe my makeup off with wipes, they have streaks of random colors on them.
2. Our kids like to be outside & we’ve cut down a bunch of pine trees this week so they’ve been getting extra dirty.
So my whites needed to stay white & my brights needed to stay bright.
That’s a realistic goal right?

We took our whites out of the dryer and I had my husband hold up every towel. No black mascara!
When I walked downstairs to switch the laundry, it smelt so good!
My towels were fresh & so white, exactly what I wanted.

I know that having everything always bright & white with 3 kids is not going to happen, but to help us out this summer we are going to be using Persil® ProClean.
